SharCon Management welcomed an addition to our family of hotels; All new Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Alexandria Virginia. The new hotel will be opening August 2017 and features 118 guestrooms, meeting space, an indoor pool and more!

Marvin rejoined SharCon after a brief time away as the Maintenance Technician for the Wyndham Garden Washington DC North; we are proud to welcome Marvin to the Fairfield Inn Alexandria as the Maintenance Engineer.

The grand reopening of the new Crowne Plaza Dulles was a spectacular evening with the Chamber of Commerce, our clients, partners and special guest MC Tommy McFly from Fresh FM morning show. The hotel has been completely reimagined with all new guestrooms, a Starbucks Café in the lobby available 24 hours a day and more.
As we bid farewell to the iconic Howard Johnson; we proudly welcome the all NEW! Wyndham Garden in its place. The hotel features all new guestrooms with two queen beds or a single king executive, all guestrooms have a unique wood floor and spacious floor plan. We added a new lobby Garden Bistro and Bar and more.
A multi-million dollar renovation will be taking place November 2015- March 2016, with that will welcome the Wyndham Garden Hotel which will be replacing the Howard Johnson Cheverly in Spring 2016.
We will be proudly serving Starbucks coffee soon at Crowne Plaza Dulles Airport, and a new lobby will add a fresh new look and feel in 2016
